The client's entire operation ran by hand, from distributing availability sheets to listing every item and preparing invoices. D4U Wholesale automates the full cycle: it ingests product sheets into a bulk catalog, shows buyers true profit before they order, mirrors orders to WooCommerce for invoicing, and lists straight to Amazon Seller Central.

D4U Wholesale replaced a fully manual operation with a portal that automates the entire cycle. The client used to distribute product-availability sheets by hand, take orders manually, list every item in Amazon Seller Central one by one, check profit inside Seller Central, and prepare invoices by hand. Qbatch built a portal where an admin uploads an Amazon product sheet and the system parses it into a bulk catalog. For every product it calculates true profitability by layering prep-center, FBA, referral, and other fees against the listing price, so buyers see expected profit before they order. When an order is placed, the portal mirrors it to a WooCommerce store that generates the invoice, while the admin team manages fulfillment against available stock and each status change fires an automated email. Buyers can list purchased products straight to Amazon Seller Central from the portal, and the system pulls back actual sales to show realized profit, with a super-admin analytics page consolidating sales and profit per marketplace.
Qbatch delivered a role-based portal on a React front end with a Node.js and Express back end over MongoDB. Product sheets land in AWS S3, then an Agenda-scheduled job parses each CSV into a bulk catalog and layers Amazon fees against the listing price to show true profit per product. Order mirroring pushes purchases into WooCommerce for automated invoicing, while admins and the admin team manage fulfillment status against stock and the prep-center workflow, with every status change triggering an email to the right party. Direct listing runs through the Amazon Seller Central SP-API, and realized-profit tracking pulls actual sales back into a super-admin analytics view of sales and profit by marketplace. What used to be manual sheet distribution, order entry, listing, invoicing, and buyer communication is now one consolidated, automated portal.
