One Platform to Run the Amazon Business: Qbatch Builds the BMG Ind Enterprise App

The BMG Ind App is BMG's internal enterprise platform for managing and analyzing its Amazon business. It centralizes business-critical processes, profit analysis, product management, Vendor Central fulfillment, shipment creation, boxing and packing workflows, order synchronization, advertising reports, and financial data management. The solution is built as a monorepo of interconnected applications: a React web application for dashboards, profit analytics, shipment management, and operational features; a Node.js API service handling real-time user requests and business logic; a background jobs service that synchronizes Amazon orders and purchase orders, pulls advertising reports, syncs cost of goods from NetSuite, calculates profit, and submits Vendor Central shipments; and a Chrome extension that streamlines warehouse operations. Together they pair real-time user functionality with continuous background data processing.

Qbatch delivered a unified enterprise platform that runs BMG's Amazon operation from one place.
